Japanese Curry Roux Cube Recipes
This is the recipe that I use for Japanese Curry.
1 x Green Bell Pepper Diced
2 x Cloves of Garlic Minced
2 x Potato Cube
3 x Carrot Slice Thick
1 x Finely Minced Onion
1 lb of Ground Beef
Half Box of Japanese Curry Roux Cubes.
3 Cups of Water
1) To begin, brown the meat until its carmelized.
2) Add the onion and Bell Pepper and sweat down.
3) Once the moisture is driven off add some oil and add garlic. Once you smell then add the Garam Masala. Briefly cook until aromatic.
4) Toss in the Potato, Carrot, Roux Cube then water. In that order.
5) Bring it to a simmer and let it cook. After 4-5 minutes it should be done. Be sure to stir frequently to prevent the bottom from scorching. Add water as needed to change consistency.

KOKUMARO has a slight carmleized onion flavor. Like the other boxes, its made in Japan. Instruction to make it are the same and you get the same great curry flavor. Remember to boost the flavor with Garam Masala.
